This guest house is in a suburb north of Tokyo. Has small restaurants, grocery stores and a nearby train station. It is clean, beds are comfortable and has a large common area. The area has a waterway with nice walking paths along it. Also a pond for fishing along the waterway.
Has many stairs and one spiral staircase. Not in Central Tokyo. All ok for me but if these things are a problem for you do not stay here.

The staff was so friendly! They gave a free shrine tour one of the days which was a blast. Beds were comfy and the facilities were clean. The area is great for somebody who’s looking for a calmer, slower-paced area in tokyo. The hostel is just a few minutes walking distance to a train station that can take you anywhere you want to go.

I like that shoes must be removed prior to entering so the toilet and shower room are all clean. Slipper is provided. Towel rental of JPY100 is good value. It is close to subway. Room is clean and comfortable.
The building is 3 stories high with a basement. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk upstairs and downstairs. All heavy baggages are left on 1F so you need to figure out what you want to take with you to your bed. Shower room does not have hooks/bar rod to hang things like towels and clothes. Messages sent to the hostel were not responded.
