Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la mer et du centre ville, 6 minutes à pied. Facilité pour se garer devant la maison. La propriétaire habite à côté s'il y besoin de changer une ampoule par exemple ou autre. Très calme. Un grande terrasse permet de déjeuner à l'extérieur

Il y a une climatisation dans le séjour/cuisine, Dans les chambres un grand ventilateur est fixé au plafond, en laissant la vitre ouverte la température est correcte la nuit.
