Host turned out to be a related to an old mutual connection in Nagpur. Super Good and Highly Courteous. Senior gentleman. Accomplished professional. The Help for the place was also very cooperative.
Both Rooms are extremely small. Parking space for cars is actually there but not aligned enough to make use. Hall room has basic facilities. The Decor itself needs a complete rehaul. I am wondering how it can accommodate even more than 4 people because anyone extra will be in Hall and those beds are more Sofa cum Bed for Dorm areas. It’s being charged a more for the facilities provided.
