About this campground/ rv resort rental
Beautiful 2016 37-foot luxury RV (5th wheel floor plan in a travel trailer, so no steps inside the RV). RV has tons of upgrades including front loader washer and dryer, King size bed with memory foam topper, large closet, apartment size refrigerator/freezer, tabletop icemaker…with the good ice, single bed ottoman and sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 5 total, 3 in the living room plus 2 in the bedroom. Big screen TV and bedroom TV, electric fire place, two recliners, Island kitchen with farmhouse sink. Also has 2 air-conditioners, a picnic table with large BBQ grill, and is set up in beautiful quiet spot overlooking the water. We also have tie-in generators if the power goes out, so is safe for those with medical needs for electricity. Minimum rental is one week. If you are new to RVing, when you rent we will come and show you how to use the RV. We have also included an induction cooktop, toaster oven, single cup Kurig-style coffee maker, silverware and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, even wine glasses. Crock pot, portable ice maker. Of course pillows, blankets, high end sheets, towels, all fresh and ready. Lot rental and electricity is included. RV may not be moved. We will consider longer rentals for short-term housing needs at a discounted price, however this is a vacation rental. Price is automatically generated by the website for monthly rate, and the amount is greatly reduced. just put in the dates you want to stay and it will calculate. Only about 20 minutes to the Woodlands Texas and 5 minutes to Conroe Texas. Very close to amazing shopping and restaurants. We love this RV, and we think you will too. Ever thought of downsizing into an RV or into a tiny house? This is your chance to give it a try and see how you would like it without making the big commitment. Just about everything you need is here, just bring your suitcase, food and drink. We will have a "welcome basket" with some goodies to get you started.

I give this place and location 5?stars. The camper is extremely comfortable and stocked with anything you would ever need to live comfortably for extended stays. Cheryl and Wiody are more than gracious hosts. If you have any issues no matter how small they are extremely responsive.

Thanks for the stay! Cheryl and Woody were great host! They made sure my lengthy stay was the best it could be! After a little hiccup with things in the beginning with the faucets and AC issues, C&W were johnny on the spot with repairs within hours. They provided a portable AC unit for comfort until repairs were made the next day. I did not know what to expect from RV living. Never stayed in a RV before, but it hit the spot for what I needed while I found a permeant place to live after selling my house in the area. I did not get to experience the lake access as I was working to much, but was nice and quite nook of Lake Conroe! This property was shared with others who stay in their other units on the house side, but C&W always made sure I had access to parking under the carport and that my path was clear in the morning when I leave super early in the am for my work in health care. The internet access could be a bit better. There was a hardwire use for my laptop with fast internet access, but when I wanted to stream my shows on my firestick I had to go my hot spot data in order to stream. Too bad the TV was not hard wired as well. The cable system had some issues early in the day for whatever reason with the lower channels, but the service was set up with a DVR and loads of On Demand choices for anything I wanted to see. Lots of channels of regular and premium content for a tv junkie like me! Overall a great stay and wonderful host made it easy on me for this RV novice.

The hosts were most accommodating, helpful and polite. It was like staying at a home away from home. It met our every need while my wife Was receiving treatment in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Great Hosts. But many maintenance issues. Roof leaks from hard rains. One burner on the cooking stove was not working. The oven on the stove was not working. The propane tanks ran out of propane twice. A constant beating of the roof cover tarp on the roof was quite annoying. Many of the LED lights flashed off and on until they warmed up. The hosts readily addressed these issues, but it was somewhat disappointing for us during our stay.
