La ubicación, muy linda vista, el caballero que te recibe tiene una excelente disposicion.
Las ventanas, al no ser termopaneles se escuchaba todo el ruido de afuera, fue incomodo para poder dormir. Y en el living/comedor la ventana ni siquiera cerraba.

Excelente ubicación. El dueño (Pedro) y el administrador (Eugenio) son un amor. Excelentes.
El personal que trabaja en el edificio es HORRIBLE. A excepción de Pedro, Eugenio y Hugo, que se portaron increíble y estuvieron 100% disponibles y muy pero muy amables, todos los demás PESIMOS. Mala disposición, no están en recepción 24/7 como debiera ser. Nos dejaron esperando más de media hora afuera porque el conserje no estaba.

La ubicacion en avenida san martin.
El estacionamiento es extremadamente pequeño, con un acceso muy dificil a l meno 1. No aplicable para vehiculos grandes como camionetas, SUV de 3 corridas.
