La vista, la ubicación, estaba cerca de todo y a pesar de estar sobre una avenida no había ruido excesivo.
Que no hubo piscina porque está en mantenimiento hasta mitad de año.

La localización es muy buena. El apto. muy espacioso y cómodo.
Ollas viejas e inutilizables. Poco limpio. La mujer que se encarga de entregarte las llaves, trato poco correcto. Sin embargo Jose, el propietario, muy correcto, aunque no le conocimos en persona.
