We had a wonderful stay at Villa Metochi. Highly recommend, although it’s best to hire a car. Rethymno is a 10 minute drive away.

Everything else is perfect, the beds, the pool, the garden, the terrace, kitchen well equipped and a very nice landlady.
Wonderful time with only one inconvenience: there are some dogs in the neighborhood and some nights they were active and barking a lot.
