The location was very good for us. There was a fantastic home restaurant two doors down which served excellent Thai food. Coffee was available at reception for Bhat20 and there after it was free. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. On the opposite side of the hotel there is a tea room which serves the most delicious pastries. We recommend exploring the area a little as there's plenty to eat and close to town.
The description said there was coffee available in the room which was not the case. We found the bed to be very hard and would have something marginally softer.

We had asked for a top floor room, for it to be quiet, which we got. The owner was very helpful; even getting up early to help us exit for taxi to the airport. Functional, unadorned room, perfect for our last night in Thailand.
Of course, a king size bed (it was a double), but we did not mind. And a larger bathroom - less wet on the floor from the shower!
