The studio apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The building is centrally located right in the middle of the town. The breakfast was really good and there were enough options. Staff was very friendly and we were allowed to check in early, which was really nice!

Close to the train station and mountain, plus easy to communicate with the host.

Room was spacious and had a modern bathroom. It also come with a mini kitchenet which had all items needed, without being a full kitchen area. Location was great, with it being local to the train and main lifts for the mountain. It is also opposite the main shopping centre (Spur) for the town. Breakfast we good and nicely set out. It had everything there which you would need besides hot meats... However, I would not suggest a change to the spread on offer.

There was nothing in particular which I did not like about this accommodation.

Hiking in summer

Staff was very friendly and supported a lot. Every morning I talked about hiking the day before and today's plan.

Unfortunately, internet access was not good in my room. No problem near a room entrance but not good at bed an close to a balcony.

Hannes was very friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips for places to visit. Communication was great and very responsive. Small gesture he did for Evelyn's birthday was very nice.:)

Ein wirklich schönes Apartment. Bequemes Bett, schönes neues Bad, schöner Holzfußboden, Balkon, Aussicht, und eine kleine Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Thomas ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl

Super Lage! Absolut sauber! Klasse Gastwirt - es gab unter anderem super Tipps für Ausflüge von ihm! Preisleistung stimmt! Frühstück - alles was man benötigt! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Perfekt für Urlaub im Sommer und im Winter

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub im Haus Hannes Spiess verbringen zu dürfen – und es war von Anfang bis Ende eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Thomas herzlich begrüßt. Man merkt sofort: Hier ist man nicht einfach nur Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Er ist auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und zeigte dabei echtes Interesse an uns und unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders schön fanden wir auch seine persönlichen Wandertipps, die unseren Urlaub noch abwechslungsreicher und authentischer gemacht haben. Das Haus selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert: modern, bestens ausgestattet und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir viele Ausflugsziele direkt erreichen, gleichzeitig ist es angenehm ruhig – die perfekte Kombination. Ein echtes Highlight war außerdem das Frühstück: frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet – genau das, was man sich in den Ferien wünscht, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Alles in allem waren es rundum perfekte Tage im Haus Spiess. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diesen besonderen Gastgeber und sein Haus von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Rundum wohlgefühlt!

Die Lage ist großartig - mitten im Zentrum - dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Appartement ist sehr komfortabel. Bequeme Betten, die Kochnische hat alles was man so braucht; sogar Gewürze und Kaffeefilter waren schon vorhanden. Neues schönes Bad, alles sehr sauber und Gastgeber / Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top 👍 & absolute Empfehlung!
