Property was clean and well-presented although could do with some general maintenance here and there.
Only a 10-15 minute amble down to Padma Road precinct (or a $2-$3 taxi fare) which was very convenient.
Local property manager (Susy) was exceptionally responsive and doubled up as our driver on several occasions. She was happy to share information about the island and Balinese culture as well as learn from us and our Western culture which made time pass easily whilst travelling around
There is some nearby construction which created day-time noise. Whilst unavoidable, think prospective customers should be advised so there are "no surprises". Generally didn't interrupt our stay as most days we were out and about.

Putu the house keeper is a Nice Guy, pool was Nice, big rooms, good location. Netflix was avaible
Loudy Doors when open and close, the beds are not comfy, airco in room 1 doesnt work properly, Often problems with elektricity (only that villa)

Lovely property. looked exactly like the pics. lots of room. gorgeous pool.
it’s a bit far out of the way & overpriced.
The electricity went off a few times which apparently was because of the hair dryer & there was an issue because we got a tiny bit of makeup on the towels. As we are three females we should be able to use out hair appliances & seriously the make up washes out of towels.
