La habitaciones fueron muy cómodas y está muy bien ubicado
Llegamos temprano porque viajábamos a un evento, no tenían identificadas todas las habitaciones que apartamos y el muchacho que nos recibió le falta más amabilidad y empatía, de hecho ni siquiera nos quedamos 24 hrs porque nuestro vuelo de regreso salía a las 8 am del día siguiente y aunque las habitaciones no estaban ocupadas nunca nos dejaron ingresar antes de la 1 pm en punto. El servicio al cliente tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad.

They charged me more than what was promised on bookings when i booked the hotel.
There are no windows - very hot in the rooms
