About this apartment rental
Our unit was completely renovated when we purchased 6 years ago and shows as if new. All new kitchen with granite countertops, appliances, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, bedding, washer dryer, wifi. 1200 square feet of luxurious living space including two large bedrooms and a den. Ample storage in an open kitchen designed for a chef. The lanai has a cafe style dining table and a comfy love seat perfect for reading or cocktail time, with a direct view of the open water. Northeastern exposure gives you great morning light without the western exposure heat!
The condo is on the waters of Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, in the Isla Del Sol area at Isla Key Condos. 5 minutes to St. Pete Beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful rustic beach of Fort DeSoto Park.
The centerpiece of outdoor life at the Isla complex is our oversized 25 yard heated pool with surrounding lounging area. The 4th floor penthouse patio looks directly on pool and hot tub. The view of the pool lit at night is breathtaking. If you’re an early riser the pool is great for lap swimming in the morning. The development has two tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts all brand new in 2023! Five minute drive to St Pete Beach and the very quaint Pass-a-grille beach where you will find wonderful shopping, dining and pristine beaches for some peaceful down time.
One of the special highlights of the area is Fort DeSoto beach, only a short 10 minute drive. Whether you choose to rent bikes, kayak amongst the mangroves, or simply sit on the beach at water’s edge, you find yourself immersed in the park’s magnificent natural beauty! There is a 9 mile paved bike loop that wanders through the park. The park offers a incredible diversity of animal and plant life. During the spring and fall migrations countless species of birds can be sighted in the park. More than 328 species of birds have been documented over a 60 year span. Each spring photographers from all over the world can be found at DeSoto with their huge telephoto lenses documenting the migration. We feel so fortunate to have access to such a place that is literally just around the corner from the condo.

rented here for an extended period. the owner was very accommodating. the place was just redone & is very chic yet comfy. big smart tv, etc. the views are spectacular - lots of wildlife, sunrises & sunsets. also have security there - not aggressive but always around. comforting. maintenance guys are cool and respectful. residents very nice. this is a quiet place not a rock n roll one. i would give it 10 stars if i could. hope to be back
