    Really big room that fits big groups. I understand it’s a big hotel but the fact that we only had access to wifi provided by the hotel in the lobby was a bit turnoff. The breakfast was great!

    The location in the forest was perfect for relaxation and healing. I also really enjoyed the fact that the hot springs were available for guests to use.

    I received wrong moldy two single bed room instead of triple bed room of my booking. And I was charged extra for breakfast of my child even though I clearly mentioned my child in the booking. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff looked at us like we arrived at wrong place.
