The staff were superb and very helpful.
Some things were a little tired for example the WiFi kept failing and the router was hanging from the ceiling. Bath water was brown and would not run clean. Good space though.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and well equipped. But what made our stay so exceptional was the friendliness and the helpfulness of the receptionists, especially Lindo. We were stranded in Muscat because of the political crisis nearby and the receptionist spent hours to help us contact airline companies, solve technical problems, answer our questions and make us feel at home. Thank you so much!

I’m sorry to say that I didn’t like it at all. The staff are very kind (including the driver for the airport transfer), but the level of organization is extremely poor. I waited an hour and a half at the airport because of incorrect information they gave me a few days earlier. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and the breakfast is very disappointing. In my opinion, it deserves no more than a 2-star rating.
