Lokalizacja w bliskim otoczeniu sklepów oraz wyciągu narciarskiego Jaworzyna Krynnicka. Brak problemów z zaparkowaniem samochodu pod blokiem, bardzo cichy blok.
Kilka drobnych mankamentów zgłoszonych właścicielowie, nie przeszkadzają w używaniu, ale można odnieść wrażenie że można by było co jakiś czas te drobne rzeczy naprawić (np. klamka w drzwiach do salonu, nie odskakujaca spłuczka w toalecie). Te drobne rzeczy nie wpływają istotnie na komfort pobuytu, ale psują odbiór ogólny apartamentu.
