I recommend these apartments to anyone planning a vacation in Croatia

It's a lovely apartment. We were with friends who had a small dog. The location is convenient, 7-10 minutes to the sea. The apartment has everything you need, but if there is something missing, you can ask the owners. We used the grill, cooked dinners - it was super delicious. The pool is clean, we spent time there when we were not at sea. The view from the apartment is extremely beautiful

Fantastic apartment with a brilliant host

Everything! Marko had excellent communication from booking to check out. The apartment was very clean, very well stocked and maintained. The pool is a decent size, as are the outdoor cooking facilities. The local area feels very safe and it is only a short walk to the marina with restaurants, bars and shops. Marko supplied us with fresh veg and locally produced wine and oil. He helped us to book a great local all inclusive cruise around the islands (we saw dolphins) and advised us on parking in zadar. Nothing was a bother and we really appreciated the advice and support as this was our first time in this region. We were lucky enough to visit during the national independence celebrations. For walkers, there was a lovely coastal route from sveti filip I Jakob to Biograd. Supermarkets are close by. Zadar is only 35minutes drive and plitvice 1hr30. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

A perfect stay for a large family

We chose Merita Apartments as a family holiday home for 19 people, including two infants and stayed here for a week. And it was a great choice! Apartments are spacious, well equiped and taken care of. In a kitchen you can find everything from plates, pots, pans to proper oven and dishwasher. Three of the apartments are upstairs and boast beautiful seaviews while apartment 1 is closest to the pool. The hosts were very aproachable and helpful. They even got us highchairs for the babies! Everyone loved spending time by the pool, admiring the greenery outside. We enjoyed grilling in the outdoor kitchen and having meals in the patio. Vila is situated in a quiet street, there is a little corner shop nearby and old town is in less then 10 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

Owners are very professional, welcoming and responsive. Property is very clean, pool is amazing for relaxation after long day at the beach. There is a little market next to property that has every day needs, bread, food…

All You need in Croatia in one place :)

Wonderful location, when You enter the apartment You can already see that everybody is taking care to make the best impression for the guests. Host/Stuff is very friendly, open and able to help with the smallest need You can get during Your stay. Location is only 20 min from speedway so it’s also a good starting point. There’s a lot of attraction in this side of Croatia so You can be in bigger cities in no more than 1-1,5 hour way by car. Everything from the description in this location is available at place. One of the best places that we stayed in Croatia

Super clean and very nice looking appartment. A lot of space, our own terrace from where you can go to the swimming pool. Jacuzzi in swimming pool. Great location. Marco our host was super. Good service and a lot of information. Always a quick response when asking questions via WhatsApp. We can really reccomend this appartment.

I miss the beautifull view from the terrace already

Each of us always has some expectations from holidays and accommodation. It is very pleasant when they are fulfilled and even when the reality is even better. Beautiful perfectly clean apartment, with good size, completely furnished with everything we needed. For more comfort, for example, a dishwasher+ tablets and air conditioning). Nice and helpful host, easy fast communication e.g. via whatsapp. My favorite was the terrace where we spent a lot of time, where we watched every sunset. We used the pool less because we were always by the sea. But it is very nice, clean, comfortable sunbeds. It is practical even for families with children. I especially appreciate that when we found out at home that we had forgotten our hard drive in the apartment, the host very kindly sent it to us the next day by express courier home. Great approach - thank you! The town of Filip I Jakov is very nice, ideal for a quiet family holiday, as well as for romantic couples. good access to the sea (even without shoes). Nice restaurants and buffets, good supermarkets, small market, several ATMs.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Pool area is very good with comfortable pool beds. There is grill which was also perfect. Parking is in the shade. Apartment was spacious with all the amenities necessary.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Large, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment with large terrace with view on the pool and the sea. We had everything that we need and maybe even more than we expected 😊🙃. Amazing clean pool, grill, lovely garden with deck chairs.... Great location - calm part of the small town not far from Biograd na Moru. The hosts were very nice and friendly. We are very happy to recommend Merita Apartments. We never come back to the same places where we stayed before - in this case we are going to make an exception 😁 Merita Apartments definitely worth it.

Excellent

Beautiful place for family vacation. The apartment was neat, clean and equipped with all appliances. For relaxation and family fun, there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi, wooden deck chairs, and a little cute area where you have a barbecue. You just need a cocktail, and the holiday can begin. The hosts Marko and Helga were polite and available for all guest questions and requests.

Komen hier zeker nog een keer terug, super!

Fijn, schoon en groot appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien en wat je nodig had. Fruit en water bij aankomst. Heel goed contact met de verhuurder, wou je graag met alles helpen. Perfecte plek om omliggende plekken te bezoeken. Mooie tuin en zwembad. Bij het appartement zit op 50m afstand een supermarkt. Ook het dorpje zelf is gelegen op 5 minuten lopen. Goede restaurants en bakkers in de omgeving.

Тихе місце. Не далеко від моря. Гарні пляжі з безліччю зонтів. Різноманітні кафе. В апартаментах є все, що потрібно для гарного відпочинку і приготування іжі. Посуд на любі потреби. Мангальна зона просто супер. Завжди чиста територія і гарний басейн. Власник Marko неймовірна людина. Marko, тобі привіт з України! Обов'язково зкуштуйте та придбайте в нього maslinovo ulje їхного сімейного виробництва.

Все дуже сподобалось, але є порада: можливо треба ставити телескопічні навіси на балкон, бо від післяполуденного сонця зонта трохи замало.

Een groot, ruim en schoon appartement met compleet ingerichte grote keuken. Ruim balkon en schoon en mooi zwembad. Marko en zijn zus gaven ons een warm welkom en zijn altijd bereid voor het geven van informatie.

Apartament duży i wygodny. Posiada wszystko co powinien mieć na kilkudniowy wyjazd dla całej rodziny. Bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy gospodarz i jego rodzina. Doskonale utrzymany basen i otoczenie. Miłe gesty np kilka warzyw z ogródka do apartamentu. Spokojna okolica. Do plaży 10 minut spacerem.
