We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would gladly come back again. The host is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel at home. She lives in the same building, so she is always available if you need anything, while still respecting your privacy. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. The private parking space is a great advantage, especially during the busy summer season. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach and close to everything you might need, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baška. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

The place was spacious, had everything we needed. Ivanka was friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The beach and the seaside with restaurants and shops were a short walk away. Comfy beds. Nice layout of the place. And as a plus the neiberhood was really calm and quiet.

It would be really great to have air-conditioning in the bedrooms as it is so warm at night- aircon i the living room worked well. We had two apartments rented out, missed a coffee machine in the upper bedroom if I were to nag about anything.

Srdečná komunikácia s paňou domácou. Stav udržiavania exteriéra budovy a okolia - dvora a záhrady. Vhodné podmienky parkovania.

Splnilo očakávanie. Pokračovať a dodržiavať ako je vyššie uvedené/hodnotené. Ak predsa "nepáčilo", tak nutnosť dochádzky na pláž, ale i to beriem ako prospešnú pravidelnú prechádzku dôchodcov s vnúčatami.
