    1. My voucher stated I pay a certain amount in service charges….at the front desk, I was asked to pay 4 times the amount. When I refused, the lady at the front desk told me she would not give me the key….among other things. I asked for the manager, she said she was supervisor but I saw another man in a suit and he said I could pay only what was written on the Agoda voucher and they would settle with Agoda. 2. The room’s drawers had pet water bottles from the previous occupant. It was not cleaned. This took awhile to clear up. (Picture 1) 3. The previous occupant keyed the mirror. I couldn’t take a picture. 4. The phone and room number doesn’t match. (Picture 2) 5. This morning, I wanted to put my bag on the desk chair when I noticed it had crumbs. I set the housekeeping lamp and went out sightseeing. Came back and the crumbs are still there. (Picture 3 and 4 showing the time via husband’s phone ) I was tired of the front desk, they are tired of me so I took the pictures. I have sent an email to the front desk but no response (yet). I am checking out tomorrow. Thank goodness. If you want a clean room, don’t stay here

    We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Marriott. As a media professional with a demanding schedule, a good hotel provides a much needed opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy a break from the constant routine. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and comfort, and I hope Marriott continues to focus on making every guest’s experience seamless and truly relaxing.

    The hotel is the best I really enjoyed my time there, best service and clean, safe. The only thing is I used to walk a bit to the city center, but still the walk by the sea was nice

    The hotel and location is amazing the staff is very lazy and slow. No proper room service and even you call at front desk no one will pick. I was very disappointed by the staff overall rest was okay.
