Struttura bellissima e ben curata. Camera accogliente e pulita, colazione molto assortita e servita sul terrazzo è il top! Ottima posizione, fronte spiaggia e vicino alla fermata del bus che ti porta al centro senza spostare l'auto.
Marco è una persona squisita che ti accoglie e ti fa sentire a casa.
Gentili e premurose anche Erica e Nadia che ti servono la colazione e si occupano delle pulizie. Che dire?

Loved every moment the location is beautiful just 5 mins from the beach our room was spotless and breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic Marco and the staff were so friendly and welcoming we'll definitely be back

ottima colazione, abbondante, con ampia facoltà di scelta . Marmellata e torte preparate in casa . Piacevolissima consumazione su una terrazza con vista mare e sullo sfondo il promontorio del Circeo e le Isole Pontine
Nulla, Il soggiorno, nel suo complesso, ha pienamente soddisfatto quelle che erano, per le esigenze di una coppia matura, le nostre aspettative. E' stato come trovare l'abito che ti calza a pennello

Convenient location close to the beach and clean environs.
No off street parking available resulting in difficulty to find spots on the busy weekend days during the summer. Check-in limited to 12-13.30. Very scarce wifi connection which you are essentially sharing with the owner living on the top floor. Absolutely not suitable for computer or work connections. No staff on site except for very kind and efficient cleaning lady. Owner/reception staff did not make themselves available for anything except handing over keys. Had to leave cash balance on the bed and the keys on a front desk under some brochures so no one would help themselves. Very impersonal for Italy and no real plan for virtual checkout.
