Villa Marilena

The outside space is second to none! The large pool area, the seating areas and the shade, something for everyone. Lovely quiet, peaceful location. The information sent before check in was excellent and very helpful. No complaints about cleanliness. Was stocked with everything you need for your stay. Pool man came twice in 11 night stay. Very thoughtful welcome pack. Would have no hesitation in staying here again, or in recommending to others.

As other reviews have mentioned it could do with some updating inside, and water pressure wasn’t great (but was adequate.) However, none of that detracted from a lovely stay, and as mentioned, this villa is all about the lovely outside space that is far more important when enjoying the beautiful Cyprus sunshine!

The villa is nice in a great location if you want peace and quiet. Great pool nice, Well kept garden lots of cats. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The fridge had milk cheese, ham and bread ready when we arrived. Lidl is about 30mins walk but there is a local supermarket 10mins away which was more expensive. The bus stop is at the bottom of the road and will take you to the strip or ayia napa comes every 20mins and was only 2€. The Beach about 10 mins walk away. Plenty of room for 5 adults.

The kitchen and floors was bit unclean. The white sofas are stained.

Le calme du quartier, il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis, la piscine est parfaite.

La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous, il faudrait moderniser les salles de bains, changer la vaisselle qui n'est pas en bon état, il est compliqué d'avoir de l'eau chaude et il n'y a aucune pression (difficile de rincer ses cheveux longs après le shampoing). Il faudrait nettoyer les canapés ou mettre des tissus (propres) dessus. Le jour de notre départ, la société de nettoyage est arrivée 15-20 minutes avant notre heure de départ (nous étions pour une dernière fois dans la piscine) et est restée avec nous jusqu'à notre départ. Il n'était pas question de déborder d'1 seule minute ! La photo qui laisse penser que le rez-de-chaussée de la maison a une vue sur la mer n'est plus d'actualité car la végétation a poussé et la vue n'existe plus. Le rapport qualité - prix n'est pas là
