    I booked a suite for me and my parents - Room number 204 and had a pathetic experience from all teams and especially the rude and arrogant behaviour of Mrs. Kashmira who heads the Operations she is carrying some very serious and non sense attitude and have no courtesy to apologise and keeps ignoring Despite paying 50k for one night in traffic open entering the room it had water spots on floor in 2-4 different locations. I was asking them on email to contact us and revert to our request of ensuring that room is clean and safer for my parents because of the age. The guest relations team never called and upon entering there were 3 water spots in room my mother fell and had an injury on her knee and entire 2 days just went to just sitting in room with pain. When you order room dining you are bound to ask potion size as guest and staff who is attending the call should have proper knowledge of size and portion we wanted 3 parathas but beacuse of lack of knowledge from there team they gave 6 and made us pay for all of them. I requested and apology letter from Mr. Gaurav who is GM of property but never got one neither were offered anything as gratitude or an apology The entire staff came to meet and took hold of situation apart from Kashmira who i believe is above GM and above Guest who pays higher traffis to hear and experience the arrogance I insist not to go and especially take suite considering you will get a butler and luxury experience despite bigger rooms which in fact needs serious renovation nothing is better
