Zelo čisto. Ves personal prijazen in ustrežljiv. Hotel ima čudovito lokacijo. Všeč nam je bila možnost več različnih zajtrkov, skuhajo tudi bosansko kavo. Vsekakor priporočamo.

We checked in after midnight and were extremely tired. We asked the night receptionist for a late check-out, and he kindly agreed. However, despite this, the day-shift receptionist woke us up early and told us to leave the room. Even after we explained that the late check-out had already been approved by the night receptionist, we were still asked to check out. The biggest issue was that, unlike the night receptionist, the day receptionist did not speak a single word of English, making communication almost impossible. The room also had several hygiene issues. The area around the toilet cistern was dirty, the carpets were so filthy that you would not want to walk on them barefoot, and the table in the room was still covered with food crumbs left by the previous guest. If you are arriving in the middle of the night and only need a place to sleep, the beds are reasonably comfortable.
