    I had a great stay here. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but it wasn’t an issue for me. The hotel provides washing machines with dryers (paid), which was very convenient for a backpacker like me staying for nine days. Convenience stores like FamilyMart and Lawson are very close by, which is really handy—especially if you get hungry at midnight, as they’re open 24/7. Another highlight is the cherry blossom trees right next to the property; if you visit in spring, you’ll love it. The area has everything you need, including coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and even McDonald’s. Train stations are about a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. There’s also a hospital nearby, so you might hear some ambulance noise, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The neighbourhood is quiet and not crowded with tourists, making it a great choice if you prefer a more peaceful stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

    Pros: worth the price. room is great and sufficient for solo traveler. clean. Cons: because it is not in any main train lines, it is a bit pricey to commute.

    It was a blind booking only thinking its a walking distance to train station. To my surprise it is very ideal to what id love to do most. To eat, do thrift shopping, explore local restaurants, bars and cafes. I will definitely go back here if im going back to tokyo.

    I stayed here for 7 nights and it was nice. The room is much bigger compared to other hotels though the bathroom is very small. I’m tiny so it works fine for me. The room itself is okay, some parts are a but old looking with some dust and stains but it is still a decent place to stay. I wanted to avail their extra service of room cleaning but they said staff is busy and full so they just gave me sheets for free instead for a fee and i had to change the sheets myself. Location wise, it is very near especially to Ikebukuro station so its nice. Its right beside Lawson which is great. Other than that, it is a good stay but dont expect too much.
