Є всі зручності. Є два туалета з душами, на кухні є все для приготування їжі. У номерах є зручне ліжко, шафа, тумбочки, телевізор, все для комфортного проживання. На подвірʼї, мангал, альтанка, батут, качеля, басейн, шезлонги.

Гарне чисте свіже повітря. Вид з вікна чудовий. Дитина в захваті.
Ми з дитиною кайфували просто насолоджувались відпочинком.

Можна з тваринами. Поряд з Стежкою Довбуша та водоспадом Пробій. Є паркування. Є власна територія. Тепла вода. Чиста кухня та туалет.
В номері на підлозі відразу після заселення знайшли залишки корму для тварин в кількох місцях. З чого роблю висновок, що ніхто підлогу не пилососив. Під подушками та на простирадлах були крихти та сміття. Думаю, що постіль була не свіжа... Не хотілося не приємних розмов, нервування, тому про це власників не повідомляли.
