Nice boutique resort with great services.

Both our side by side rooms were lovely clean spacious with magnificent large bathroom, looking onto the pool so can swim at our door. Our section was very private - breakfast was nice, plenty to eat & a pre arranged takeaway option for our early checkout before restaurant opening. The shuttle car to o& from Patong was helpful - more availability on times would help as big gaps between timetable & then not enough room for all guests so we had to wait for another car to pick us up from town but we were not worried about a 10min wait. Lovely outlook down the hill to Patong beach away from the hussle bustle of Patong - steep hill to get up down so don’t expect to want to walk it in the heat. We used GRAB taxi 180bht each way to centre when courtesy car not to our schedule.

One staff member was firm but we worked out just her demeanour & was very organised so we accepted her manner

We got the warmest welcome from Pitchy at reception when we checked in and immediately felt like family. The staff are really great and were one of the highlights of our stay. I celebrated my birthday while we were there and the team went out of their way to make a fuss and make the day feel special. The towel art is epic! 😄 We struggled to get a taxi on the day we checked out, and the team arranged for the hotel shuttle to take us even though it was outside the scheduled shuttle time, which we really appreciated. The hotel is up on the hill in a quieter part of Patong, away from all the craziness. There’s a supermarket right next door which is really handy for drinks and snacks, and a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance just a little further up the hill. The hotel also has a scheduled shuttle into Patong.

It is an older hotel and could do with a bit of maintenance and TLC in places. The hill is also really steep, so while the location is nice and quiet, it’s not somewhere you’re easily going to walk to and from central Patong. The scheduled hotel shuttle definitely helps with this.

Pool were great and clean! Breakfast was alot of food! Rooms were massive

- Rooms smelled mouldy and very uncomfortable to sleep with the smell - Some staff weren't very friendly - A bit far and up a hill from the beach - room is very dark... Not many lights
