Amazing stay close to Maastricht

Our host, Annelore, was amazing - both in her communication before our stay as well as during our stay. She was really very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and included a lot of homemade treats. The old farm buildings are beautifully renovated and the rooms comfortable. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing farm stay. If we ever had to stay near Maastricht again, we would definitely stay at The Zwarte Stok. Highly recommended!

Perfect.

My family and I had a very nice week with friends and we will definitely be back! The host is super nice, she provided us with everything we needed to help. Breakfast was delicious and we all loved the yoghurt and some kind of omelettes. The nature around the house is perfect for anyone who wants to escape from city life, we came just in the cherry ripening season and the landlord was very kind to invite us to pick some cherries. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The oven and kitchenware are almost brand new.

I have no complaints, just a suggestion, maybe brighten the living room a little, or add some light sources. The water flow in the bathroom is a little small, but it is understandable because it is a historic house. In fact I was surprised that this beautiful house was refurbished so modern and nice by the landlord：）

Old farmhouse located in a small villige. Owners extremely helpful and friendly. Large comfortable room, good shower.

Most local restaurants were closed in late august when we were there, so to find a decent meal one would have to drive to the nearby community.

We had a beautiful brand new apartment. Lots of space, all new and clean and a huge kitchen. The apartment has all luxury you can think of, very comfortable. There is a garden around the farm, nice to sit outside. The owners were super friendly and helpful and even the dogs are welcome!

Mooi en schoon 2 verdiepingen appartement. Eigen parkeerplaats. Vriendelijk onthaal. Reageert snel op vragen.

Voor ons "oudjes" was de stijle trap naar de ingang zonder verlichting tijdens het winterseizoen wel een dingetje.

Zeer mooie locatie, met zorg en liefde aangekleed. Heel lekker ontbijt met streekproducten en eigen bereidingen; origineel. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. De ligging en de bereikbaarheid van leuke steden als Maastricht, Tongeren, Luik, Aken.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft 👍🏼

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im De Zwarte Stok sehr genossen. Wir wurden durch Annelore sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und haben uns durchgehend sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll serviert. :)

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Fernseher, was aber wahrscheinlich der Beschreibung zu entnehmen gewesen wäre. Diese Anmerkung dient nur der Information und ist keine Kritik.

Heel fijne 5 dagen. De Zwarte Stok is zeer aan te raden.

De B&B kamer was enigszins aan de kleine kant, maar acceptabel als je meeneemt dat het in een prachtige oude Hoeve is gesitueerd. De ontvangst was vriendelijk met goede informatie. Wij verhuisden van een B&B kamer naar een nog beschikbaar appartement dat comfortabeler was door meer ruimte en zeer compleet ingericht. Gastvrouw Annelore is een voortreffelijke gastvrouw, oprecht belangstellend naar de gasten en adviserend naar interessante bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Maar het allerbeste was het ontbijt dat, in ons geval vier ochtenden, was samengesteld met iedere keer verschillende ingredienten. De locatie ligt op korte afstand van interessante steden zoals Tongeren, Hasselt en Maastricht (20 min.).

Zou het niet weten.

Heerlijk verblijf: warme gastvrouw, kindvriendelijk, perfect ontbijt en mooie centrale ligging.

Ons verblijf bij De Zwarte Stok was heerlijk. Annelore is een warme en attente gastvrouw. De B&B is erg kindvriendelijk en het ontbijt was elke ochtend perfect verzorgd, met de lekkere grotchampignons bij de omeletjes als extraatje. De mooie omgeving en centrale ligging maken het compleet. Een echte aanrader!

Alter Bauernhof wurde zu einem Hotel umgebaut - sehr gut gelungen

Der alte Hof ist super schön hergerichtet, tolles Ambiente, Parkplatz am Haus. Unser Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und Annelore ist als Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage – das war sehr angenehm bei der Hitze. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, im Garten oder im Innenhof kann man die Ruhe genießen - gleichzeitig gibt es alles, was man braucht in der Nähe; nach Maastricht sind wir ca. 40 min mit dem Rad gefahren (kein!!E-Bike) Nach Tongeren waren es auch ca. 45 min. Jeden Morgen gab es ein tolles Frühstück! Auswahl, Qualität, regionale Produkte, vor allem das Omelett mit Pilzen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein super Start in den Tag!

Petit havre de paix

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement : très calme, authentique et idéal pour rejoindre Maastricht, Aix la Chapelle ou encore Tongres (Liège aussi mais ville très vilaine à éviter grosse déception pour notre part) Les extérieurs sont superbes, vous êtes plongés dans la nature. Des petites poules (que nous voyions aussi depuis l'évier de la cuisine, ca occupe quand on fait la vaisselle) picorent dans leur bel enclos et se régaleront de quelques restes. Les hôtes sont adorables et soucieux que vous passiez un bon séjour. Très réactifs en cas de soucis. Les lits sont confortables, le linge de maison très propre et de qualité. Deux torchons et un essuie main sont également fournis. Vaisselle propre, en quantité suffisante. Le gite était très grand on s'y sentait très bien. Petit bonus pour la chambre du fond avec parquet pour sa très jolie décoration et petite guirlande. Un havre de paix. Beaucoup de placards pour ranger ou suspendre des vêtements c'est extra, et présence d'une super machine à laver bien utile quand on est une famille ! (plusieurs programmes dont un petit programme 15 min à froid largement suffisant)

La salle de bain est très très vieille et dessert malheureusement le reste de la maison. Cependant les hôtes nous ont indiqué avoir repris les lieux il y a seulement deux ans et la rénovation des espaces prend forcément du temps ;-). Toutefois l'eau est très vite chaude, et il y a suffisamment de pression c'est le principal ! D'où notre bonne note finale malgré cette déception :-) La cuisine est aussi vieillissante côté plan de travail en bois mais le frigo était neuf et le four impeccable (mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé)

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, im Garten oder im Innenhof kann man die Ruhe genießen - gleichzeitig gibt es alles, was man braucht in der Nähe; nach Maastricht sind wir 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Besonders benennen möchten wir das tolle Frühstück! Auswahl, Qualität, regionale Produkte, liebevoll hergerichtet, ruhige Atmosphäre. Ein super Start in den Tag!

hebben genoten van onze weekendje , hannelore , de gastvrouw, was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze nam de tijd om een babbeltje te slaan en eventuele suggesties voor te stellen qua wandel/fietstochten en stadsbezoeken...

positie van de lichtschakelaar naar de badkamer toe kon beter gepositioneerd zijn. voor de rest werkte alles naar behoren.
