Very good location, Big studio with large balcony. Host is responsive and helpful.
Can be a bit noisy as you can hear doors opening and closing of the apartment next door. Some utilities are a bit old and can be complemented for those who want to cook such as cutting board, a toaster, etc.

The property is located near a bunch of shops and restaurants but also a short 10 minute walk from the Old City in Split. It has a nice kitchen and living room area, and the host helpfully met us at the property and provided a number of recommendations.
The one minor thing about the property is that in summer time the bedroom can take a while to cool down as the main cooling unit for the property faces the living room and not the bedroom. But we found a way to sleep comfortably regardless.

Nice and cozy apartments equipped with an AC and washing machine, which is important in the hot weather. Location is great, nearby local bus station, 5 min by walk to the city center, 15-20 min to the harbor and long-distance bus station. Out host was friendly, provided us with all necessary information about Split and apartments and it was easy to contact her via WhatsApp.
There were soap and dishwasher tables in the apartment, but were not washing powder and trash bags. Washing machine didn't work in some modes, e.g Cotton +30. Microwave oven didn't work, but our host promised to repair it. It would be great to have had a shelf in the shower.
