Very relaxing in peaceful countryside

Great place in a great location. The house is very quaint and very peaceful. You can cycle all the way to Bibione using the bike route which is behind the guard rail, so it is very safe. Our room was small but super clean and the breakfast had a variety of Danish pastries and Italian hams. The owners are very attentive but discreet. Book well in advance to get one of the bigger rooms and also be aware that the gate to the property closes at 11pm. If you arrive after that time, you must contact the property or you will be left outside. After all, this is a private home, not a hotel with a revolving door. The restaurant on the ground floor is currently closed. Check when you book, as the restaurant has a great reputation with its home-made pasta, fish from the local area and more. We will definitely stay again, but longer.

Eine nette, gemütliche Unterkunft außerhalb der Touristenzentren

Sehr nettes Coutry House, die Zimmer sind einfach aber sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig für italienische Verhältnisse. Große gemütliche Gartenanlage.

Die Unterkunft liegt doch einige Kilometer außerhalb von Lignano und Bibione. Man sollte schon mobil sein, denn in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es keine Lokale oder Einkaufsmöglicheiten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und höflich! Das Frühstück reichte aus und der Blick beim Frühstücken in den schönen Garten tat richtig gut! Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung!

Das Bett quietscht auf einer Seite sehr. Das Badezimmerfenster hatte zwar einen Fliegenschutz, jedoch leider nicht das Schlafzimmerfenster. Leider gab es für den ruhigen Abend keinen deutschen Kanal im Fernsehen.

Un bel luogo per staccare la spina immersi nel verde e a poca distanza dal mare

Ottima posizione per muoversi tra Lignano e Bibione. Ampio giardino ben curato con splendido panorama. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Sehr ruhige Lage trotz Hauptstraße, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Extrem nette Betreiber, sind stets bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten und Insidertipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen vorzuschlagen. Zimmer angenehme Größe und sehr sauber, wunderschönes Grundstück.

Pärchen mit Hund: Wir sind 2 Personen, die gerne reisen mit dem Hund und haben schon einiges gesehen und erlebt. Meistens ist man mit einem Hund sowieso nicht erwünscht. Hier fühlten wir uns Wohl und unserer Hund war wirklich willkommen. Man füht sich wie zu Hause und kann sich vorm Alltag erholen. Für Menschen mit Hund ist hier ein Paradies! Wir kommen unbedingt wieder.

Es gab einfach nichts zu bemängeln oder zu meckern. Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit und dem Preis- Leistung -Verhältnis überwältigt. Heutzutage findet man so was nicht mehr.

La proprietaria è gentilissima e accogliente, la struttura è un casolare messo a nuovo e davvero pulito, immerso in un parco (colazione vista parco meravigliosa), ed è comodissimo da raggiungere

Week end in famiglia.

Bellissimo posto molto curato. Proprietari gentillissimi, ci hanno accolto col sorriso e hanno accolto il nostro cagnolone Anuk con dei biscotti e piccole accortezze. Camera pulita e lenzuola morbide, non mancava nulla. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Struttura molto accogliente in una zona tranquilla dove si respira pace .... la proprietaria gentilissima e premurosa camera bellissima e pulita con ogni confort TV wifi phon aria condizionata asciugamani profumati e kit per la doccia abbiamo potuto portare anche il nostro cagnolino e la signora ci ha fornito di traversina e lenzuolino attenta anche nei dettagli la mattina compresa la colazione a buffet abbondante c'era di tutto, posizione comoda a cinque minuti sia dal centro di Bibione e da Lignano Sabbiadoro . Consigliato 🤩

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo, continuate così.

Personale gentile e disponibile, ottima pulizia della camera e del bagno e dimensioni ampie di entrambi. Parcheggio privato senza problemi, privacy e tranquillità. Comodissimo per raggiungere Lignano Sabbiadoro e anche il vicinissimo Parco Zoo Punta Verde. Noi eravamo in auto ma mi sento di consigliare la struttura anche a chi viaggia in moto, l'ampio parcheggio privato è una garanzia e sicurezza in più e da non trascurare. Non esitate a chiedere allo staff eventuali necessità o chiarimenti riceverete sicuramente la massima assistenza possibile.

Fantastica

Tutto, ma in particolar modo i proprietari, persone d'altri tempi. Abbiamo parlato con loro , come se fossimo amici da una vita. Veramente persone stupende Roberto e moglie, che purtroppo non so il nome. Camera ottima ,e colazione abbondante e buonissima. Super consigliato.

Struttura stupenda: il parco dietro lo stabile principale è eccezionale per chi ha un cane o chi semplicemente voglia rilassarsi con una passeggiata. camere belle e silenziose. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
