Great location at a reasonable price. Loved the outdoor common area with pool--beautiful & peaceful. The young staff didn't speak much English but was very friendly & helpful. We were upgraded from a queen size room to king size. And it was a short walk to the scenic malecon (promenade along Lake Chapala) and a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town.
This is an older establishment, so our room could have used some sprucing up, e.g., a newer throw rug, paint job, better lighting. Also, our room, "Noche," was right next to the workers' utility room, so there was a bit of noise during the day, though not overwhelming.

An ok place, good to stay for a night. Staff is nice.
Hair conditioner smelled terribly bad, no place to hang towels. There was a tub, small one, in the middle of two bedrooms and a bathroom-basically, no doors -
Odd, altogether.
