Acabo de estar cinco días en la ciudad, y puedo decir que es un lugar muy bonito y cómodo. Todo el personal es muy amable y brindan una gran atención, y la comida que sirven en el desayuno es deliciosa. Además, tiene una ubicación muy buena, cercana a varios sitios de interés. Hicieron mi estancia en Morelia sumamente amena y placentera. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Solamente la ubicación
Que a pesar de que hable para mencionar la hora de llegada, el recepcionista de ese momento ya había sacado mi reservación como No Show y tuvo que hablar a alguien más por teléfono para poder reactivar mi reserva en el sistema, uno ya llega cansado solamente para que le den la habitación y salen con esto.
