Great host and location. The place is exactly as advertised, spacious apartment, very close to the beach. Very quiet and perfect for families or just anyone not wanting loud neighbors. The host was quick to respond before and after the stay. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Another great stay at Sandpiper Cove! Great view of the ocean, and the unit was great. We had an issue with one of the spokes on the deck and it was fixed quickly. Will definitely be coming back for years to come!

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen other than NO coffee filters, no paper towels; no Kleenex. Deck was awesome and we used it frequently. NO beach towels with a beach rental? No beach chairs. Master toilet seemed off balance (base was not typical). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of closet space and bureau space. Very close to many good restaurants.

Pros: Great location and management company was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Small maintenance issues that need to be fixed and this unit would be excellent. The Keurig coffee pot did not work. The master bathroom drain on tub was broken. The guest bathroom toilet paper holder did not work properly. The master bathroom closet doors was very hard to close.
