The stuff and the animation team were so friendly, kind and helpful

The accommodation was tidy, and in accordance to the description. The variety of kitchen equipment was quite good.
The staff was very friendly and polite.
We got very little amount of detergent for washing the dishes and they refused to give more, though we were 7 of us in 2 apartment for 5 days. We had to buy in the supermarket where the minimum amount was 750 ml. We left there the 99% of it, I hope the next customer will use it.
We had to pay a 20 euro deposit to borrow a hair-dryer, as there wasn't any in the apartment.
The bedrooms and the single beds were a little bit small.

Well we are South Africans living in Italy and it was a breath of fresh air to have a resort accommodating English along with other languages. The stay was amazing, so much that we booked another few days. The kids absolutely loved the activities. Great way to keep the kids entertained. The model and design of the place really works.
Only the long walk to the parking as we were placed in a tent right on the bottom edge of the facility. But the idea of no vehicles inside the camp makes sense as well.

Everything! Great location to explore Lago di Garda, Verona, or even Venice is only 2hrs away on the train!
It is our second visit here, same time at the same place, because we loved it first time around! Houses are very clean with everything you need in them for comfortable stay (even the bottle opener XD), they dont charge for the bedding and towels, unlike most of camping sites around, and beds were already made for us! The view over the lake is gorgeous! Amazing restourant on site with very kind and friendly staff and delicious food. Animation team are so good and they all put so much effort in to making kids (and their parents!) happy. Both times we were there at the end of the season, but they worked so hard even with small number of children!
Overall, it is a great place to stay with family and kids in amazing surroundings! I really hope we will be back again!
