El hotel es muy lindo, cómodo. La habitación que me tocó daba a la calle, había un poco de ruido pero en ningún momento fue molesto porque la habitación es demasiado cómoda y eso te permite relajarte y no escuchar lo demás, la cama igual súper cómoda. El personal siempre muy amable y el desayuno que tuvimos incluido muy rico.

Xalapa es conocido por su mega tráfico, entonces considere que la zona en donde se encuentra el hotel es una avenida principal y está frente a la terminal de autobuses CAXA, entonces suele uno toparse con muchos carros, tráfico y un poco de ruido fuera del hotel.
