El hotel es muy lindo, cómodo. La habitación que me tocó daba a la calle, había un poco de ruido pero en ningún momento fue molesto porque la habitación es demasiado cómoda y eso te permite relajarte y no escuchar lo demás, la cama igual súper cómoda. El personal siempre muy amable y el desayuno que tuvimos incluido muy rico.

Xalapa es conocido por su mega tráfico, entonces considere que la zona en donde se encuentra el hotel es una avenida principal y está frente a la terminal de autobuses CAXA, entonces suele uno toparse con muchos carros, tráfico y un poco de ruido fuera del hotel.

Pésimo. No es recomendable

El mal servicio del personal, no hay estacionamiento ya que estaba ocupado por los salones de eventos. El ruido de platos en la mañana es molesto ya que el restaurante está en medio. Tardamos 40 minutos para que nos dieran el desayuno que solo es huevo y enchiladas, las mesas sucias y falta de personal. La habitación olía a humedad. La ubicación solo es para estar enfrente de la terminal de autobuses ya que no hay nada de interés en las inmediaciones.

Que en las noches que hay fiesta en sus salones el ruido es espantoso y de madrugada casi para amanecer las llantas de los carritos moviéndose por los pasillos, platos, cucharas sonando no dejan descansar, nos queríamos levantar tarde para viajar de regreso y no pudimos, desde las 6 am comenzó el relajo.

Nada. Pésimo servicio.

La habitación no le funcionaba el clima. Autorizaron cambio de habitación hasta después de la media noche. La nueva habitación tenía baño más pequeño, solo un contacto junto a la cama. Desayuno escaso y malo, el café todo insípido.
