a quiet and nice stay

its pretty well know, locals call it the venetian experience in veracruz, its got its own parking lot, rooms are big and comfortable, its quiet and peaceful and pet friendly!

they're not very clear on what pet friendly means to them, its an extra charge that is not listed right away when you book with them. also traffic around the hotel its pretty hectik and about a 30 minute walk downtown.

Ofrecen estacionamiento y al llegar me dijeron que era sobre disponibilidad, me dijeron que fuera a buscar estacionamiento a otro lado. Dos días fue lo mismo. Adicionalmente, una construcción de ellos daño mi auto. Requiero qué respondan por el dano No. Vuelvo a este lugar!

Un lugar comodo y muy limpio

La habitación, un espacio muy limpio. Cuenta con agua caliente, baño sanitizado y cama comoda y limpia. Se nota que usan cloro y blanqueador.

Creo que puede mejorar la conexión, nos toco al lado del wifi y aun asi tuvimos problemas. Y las toallas, se nota que usan blanqueador y así, lo cual es perfecto para su desinfección pero qudan un poco rasposas, quiza un doble enjuague ayude.

El restaurante solamente está abierto hasta las 2 de la tarde. La plataforma de booking no menciona que de este hotel hay 3 ubicaciones; cuando reserve pensaba que esta era la ubicación del centro de la ciudad y no fue así.

Lo mejor de Xalapa para hospedarse en familia

Excelente relación costo - beneficio. Siempre que voy a Xalapa me hospedo en esta cadena de hoteles, ahora fue mi primera vez en esta sucursal. Todo está limpio, excelentes ubicaciones, sin ruido, cuartos bien equipados y cómodos. El hotel cuenta con elevador, el personal es amable. La sucursal de plaza Crystal ya cuenta con restaurante.

El único detalle, los desayunos deberían contar con opciones de paquetes, todo es a la carta.

El personal es amable, sin embargo, se les junta la gente y solo hay una encargada de recepción. Hay unas como telas que están arriba de las camas y se les juntan los bichitos.

Descuento pendiente

Las luces del cuarto eran tenues, fui a recepción a manifestarlo, quedaron en ir a revisar pero nunca sucedió. Como solo fuimos a descansar del viaje en carretera se acopló a que no necesitamos luz, sin embargo es parte del servicio que deben brindar. Ya que el huésped debe decidir si las usa o no.

Que en la página marcan que si hay estacionamiento pero es hasta que llegas que te enteras a que no puedes reservar un lugar de estacionamiento solo caben unos pocos vehículos y si corres con suerte como van llegando si se toca un estacionamiento dentro de instalaciones y si no pues tienes que dejarlo en la calle, además tienen unos pocos vehículos bar justo enfrente del hotel y hay demasiado ruido como para descansar además que como es bar cierran tarde así que es un problema tratar de dormir si te toca una habitación en el frente
