The staff is very courteous and upon arrival removed our bags from the car. We were greeted at the front desk and check in was quick. The room we had at first was not a city view even though requested, I contacted the front desk and the room was changed within minutes. The hotel is very clean, smells good, walking distance from malls and restaurants, great facilities (sauna, steam room, gym etc.). I recommend staying at this location.
