Great stay

Very kind staff who offered a baked good upon arrival. A good location, walking distance from the main area. Beautiful hotel, I loved walking up to it every day. A spacious room with everything you need.

The shower was good pressure and temperature but challenging to not get the bathroom floor wet due to the layout.

The hotel was okay, but the walk to town was much farther than expected.

The host was personable. The room was spacious. There was a balcony, but it really did not have a great view.

It was a much farther walk to town than was expected, and the walk to Chora was a long a busy road. It was not the proximity to the center that we expected.

We had a pleasant stay at Valetta Inn. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to Saint George’s beach. The room was comfortable and suited our needs well.

Well located, cute hotel with good AC. Really helpful staff!

Cute hotel in a good location, close to the beach and town. The hotel was really responsive to requests and I really appreciated it. On the first night, the bed was really uncomfortable, I felt all the springs in the mattress, so I didn't have a good night sleep. The next day, the hotel put a mattress pad on, which made the bed much more cozy. The host at reception was super helpful with suggestions. Good AC kept the room nice and cold during June.

A cosy, welcoming stay in the perfect location – with cake, comfort, and great local tips!

We had such a lovely stay here! We were greeted on arrival with fresh homemade cake from the host’s grandma – such a sweet touch and absolutely delicious. The rooms were spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in the summer heat. The host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do around town. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to both the beach and the town centre. Prime spot! Highly recommend staying here.

We had a super stay in comfortable traditional rooms.

These are extremely good, clean, comfortable and large traditional-style rooms on the outskirts of Naxos town. We stayed on the top floor at the front of the property and there were no other buildings overlooking us and we had a clear view from the good sized balcony across some unused land to the mountainous landscape behind the town and towards the south. The bedding and towels were changed every couple of days and the bins daily. The cleaner was very thorough. There are a variety of ways to walk to the beach and the harbour front, which takes about 10 minutes (beach) and 15 minutes (harbour) but there are a lot of tavernas en route if you don’t want to walk that far. There is an excellent bakery (where you can buy bus tickets) and a coffee shop at the end of the road (50m) and the bus stop opposite these takes you to Prokopias and Plaka beaches, if you fancy a change from the local St George’s beach. The owners and their grandson Yiannis (who manages the property) were extremely friendly and we were supplied with plenty of lovely cake to keep us going for the day. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Perfect cozy apartment to stay in Naxos

A family run hotel, really comfortable. They clean you room everyday and take the time to give you detail recommendations on how to get around in the island. Exceptional. Wifi is very good.

Shower was not the best. But not imposible to use.

an affordable, family run stay in Naxos!

The owners are super welcoming and accommodating. They answered every question in a timely manner, provided lots of recommendations and were able to set up an airport transfer. The double room was a good size and the balcony was a nice touch. Having a fridge in the room was useful as well. The location is a nice compromise between the beach (10 mins) and the old town (15 mins), the port is a bit of a walk (about 20 mins).

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable for a multi day stay. The triple room felt a bit crammed with our suitcases. The doors slammed shut meaning that you could hear people coming and going. Not huge problems for us, but worth sharing

Superb

Walking distance to the city center, bus station down the street and big supermarket 4 Minutes away, also only about 10 minutes to the beach. Amazing location and a little out of the main tourist area so more quiet. The room was everything we expected, clean and big enough, with a nice terrace to sit and enjoy your holiday. Would recommend and we're thinking of coming back next year.

Good value for money hotel

A really good hotel for what you pay. The room was simple but comfortable. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, where you can catch a bus to the port and different beaches around the island. There is a beach within a 15-minutes walk from the hotel as well, but I didn't like it as it was more windy and there were more waves in the sea, compared to other beaches. But it would be your thing if you're into windsurfing.

The property description on Booking.com says that the hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the port and the airport. When I asked them to pick me up from the port, they first lied that "we're not allowed to pick up guests from the port, only the airport". That's simply not true because I saw a lot of drivers from other hotels when I arrived. When I asked about this, they lied that Booking.com automatically added this to their property description without consulting them. I'm pretty sure that's not true. It's okay if they didn't want to and couldn't provide a free shuttle as promised, but it's not cool to lie about this. There was a strong smell of cannabis in the hotel hallway every day.

the people working there are amazing, the owners are super sweet and brough us cake. at hey we’re really helpful with the activites and super nice. they also cleaned the room everyday which was super nice after a long day at the beach.

Beautiful little hotel just off the main tourist path. A bit of a walk from the port but the location is lovely and quiet. The family was very kind and accommodating, we got fresh cake daily which was delicious and lovely! Nice coffee shop right down the street as well. Definitely would recommend staying here on your trip to Naxos!

Great location, great value, wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Rena Valetta Studios. The hosts were very charming and kind, and by the time we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to family. Location is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, where there is not much traffic or noise. It was an easy, 20 min walk to the port, close to coffee shops and supermarket, and next to large parking lot. Location was perfect for a family who prioritized sleep/quiet over a more active social scene in town. We hope to travel to Naxos again, and we hope to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great budget option in Naxos

The owners and staff were really nice and helpful. The room had a little kitchenette and a balcony, which made my stay very comfortable. Big supermarket just around the corner. An outdoor cinema across the road and buses to beaches just a 2 minute walk away. Price was really good. Room was cleaned every day. Bed was comfy. Perfect for longer stays and budget travellers.

A very small thing. I found the room decor a little bit dreary. For me, not a problem because I was out all day, but possibly not a good choice for a romantic getaway.

It was OK

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had to check in early and they were very accommodating about it.

The toilet was way too small. The shower curtains weren't even fixed properly so the water still gets everywhere and it was a mess. We had hot water from the shower on the first day but on the second, we didn't. The water kettle in the room hasn't been cleaned in what looked like a year. The blankets were quite dusty too. AC wasn't working well. The location is OK but I'd say it's still a little far from the center. Bit of a longer walk than we expected.

Lovely place to explore Naxos

It was clean, very reasonable price and lovely balcony.

It is a very compact space, so the cooking stuff is right by the bed. The appliances are also very basic so no washing up liquid, seasoning etc. The shower head was difficult to use.
