Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist familiär, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Viele Stammgäste tragen zu dieser Stimmung bei. Die Inhaber sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Es wurden kostenfreie geführte Wanderungen angeboten.
In unserem Zimmer war der WLAN Empfang leider sehr schlecht.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Burgschrofen.Das Hotel ist klein,aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich herzlich,freundlich und kümmern sich mit viel Engagement um ihre Gäste. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und können nur ein riesiges Lob aussprechen.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Abendessen überragend...einfach nur köstlich! Wenn wir überhaupt einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten,dann wäre es ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.Das wäre gerade im Sommer oder für Medikamente oder Getränke sehr praktisch.
