Great location, friendly staff, and incredibly accommodating.
We had specific dietary needs, and both the chef and management truly went above and beyond to prepare amazing meals and fresh juices for us.
The entire staff was warm, caring, and attentive throughout our stay.
We especially loved the cave sauna, the hot springs, and the beautiful gardens.
There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like — it was perfect for my needs.
The property has been there for a while, so it’s not brand new, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable.
A few cold pools and thermal pools were closed for maintenance which was sometimes very noisy. There was apparently some maintenance going on at the hummingbird area. Additionally, the spa and sauna were not open. We were not informed of any closures in advance of our stay. The roads getting to the property were difficult to traverse.
