Excellent central location & lovely helpful staff.

Breakfast was good, but there was no porridge, which is a prerequisite for a skiing holiday. 64 stairs from the boot room to the third floor bedrooms, which got easier as the week went on. Possibly the best bedroom would be number 28, far enough away from the noisy bar & had a balcony.

Location was excellent. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main ski area. It's hard to find anywhere much closer than this. Breakfast was good. Perfect for pre skiing. There were boiled eggs, continental style cold meats and cheeses, pastries and yoghurts. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small boot room with boot warmers and slim lockers for each room that fitted 2 ski's and helmets.

This is a basic ski chalet style. rooms are quite small. One of our rooms you had to hold the shower head from the bath to shower, the other shower was better but you couldn't bath as the plug didn't stay down. You have to re log in to wifi every day and the biggest issue is that there is no lift. We were on the third floor which made going up and down the stairs with your cases problematic and if you forgot something in your room or wanted to go back at lunch time for a rest it was a big climb. I should have checked whether there was a lift! There was also no balcony. Perfect if you just want basic accomodation with a good breakfast and are fit enough to do a few flights of stairs multiple times a day. There also isn't anything else in the hotel so you'd need to spend your days outside of it. I personally wouldn't stay here again unless we could have a first floor room but it would be fine for some energetic, fit people!
