VILLA Le Sirene Positano details
Villa “Le Sirene” is large 220 sqm.
Villa Le Sirene is an "Historic Building" property located in a characteristic & Central location of Positano called “Punta Reginella”
To reach the villa there are 68 steps from Main road Viale Pasitea till the property gate , and other 20 steps to reach the main floor.
so it is important menage well the stairs ( as anywhere in Positano)
The Villa is walking distance from the center about 300 meters.
the pier & main beach Spiaggia Grande are reachable in less then 10 m minutes on foot from the steps near it, ( 250 steps) if you prefer, by main street "Viale Pasitea" taking 15 minutes.( less stairs)
From the pier you can catch the ferry to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Naples. (not available in the winter time)
PLEASE NOTE
On entering the apartment, you will find a large, elegantly furnished living area and a dining room replete with a table for 6/ 10 people, a lounge with two sofa in TV area and a fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, moka, american coffee maker.
Off the living area there is a spacious terrace with a wonderful view, a perfect place to entertain, to have a dinner admiring the panorama.
(Especially In the winter time you can see a magic ”sunrise” admiring the Amalfi Coast & sea in-front of you)
There are two ceramic tables suitable for 10 people, four sun beds and an umbrella.
The view are sublime from here, as described above, picture-postcard.
PLEASE NOTE:
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, The master bedroom with view, the 2th double bedroom with high windows without sea view.
The third sleeping area is found on the loft- wooden-floor, open space above the living-room, allowing the view on the main church & square.
There are 2 single beds,
there are 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bad, two with bathtub/ shower, one with shower and a toilets on the loft.
There is also a laundry furnished by washing machine, dryer cloths, a iron set. There are air conditioning and TV in each the bedrooms and multi-language TV Sat in the living area.
The salient point Of Villa "Le Sirene" is the view, one looks upon the piazza of the main church, Santa Maria Assunta, also over "Spiaggia Grande" main beach and of course the sea.
ARRIVAL: between 4:00pm and 8:00pm
DEPARTURE: before 10:00am

A very nice villa in a great location and amazing views. Giuseppe and Chiara were great hosts that helped out ahead of our visit with information, as well as during the visit. While there are stairs to get to the villa, steps are a way of life in Positano... 292 steps between the villa and the main square, but it's typical or even not bad, relative to other properties. The villa is very clean and roomy with beautiful tile floors. The baths are not connected to bedrooms, but were sufficient. Kitchen was very functional with a large fridge! Beds were comfortable with a linen change mid-week (although they must not use face washcloths in Italy :). WiFi was generally good, but had to change routers from time to time when moving around the house. The main TV was turned on one time and had both English and multiple language programs. The Balcony???? Amazing with very comfortable furniture. One issue was the cats.... while the 4 house cats are cute, I am very allergic. They have full reign of the patio (cat hair on furniture) and welcome themselves into the house, since the patio doors cannot be latched from the outside, they come right in. If someone has cat allergies, be aware... it's hard to keep them out!

Absolutely amazing! This villa is perfect. Large with a huge balcony overlooking Positano. Centrally located. Chiara is an amazing hostess. She took great care of us.

We had a wonderful time! The location is perfect. The terrace and view made our vacation so special. The hosts were fantastic & made sure our stay was excellent.
