Staff was nice, nice panorama from the 4th floor, food was excellent in both quality and quantity.
Bathroom was not properly cleaned for long, it was literally mouldy.
The female toilet's door at the reception is was faulty from the time we arrived until we left, you were not able to close to door.
It is advertised that you have free transfer to the beach, but there is a twist, it takes you down the hill, and you need to find the beach they are contracted with. We could not, so we needed to pay extra for the umbrellas and the sun-beds. Also, the little train that is taking you down to the beach has got a time schedule, which would not be a problem if the last round that is taking you back is at 15:35. This means if you want to stay for a little longer, you either need to climb uphill, or you have to pay a taxi.
Also it is advertised that free airport transfer, which is true, from the airport to the hotel, on your return, you have to pay.

The staff attitude very few smiling and never approach you with please and thank you they almost talk to you like you are an enemy!!

Food , localization and ultra all inclusive are really very good. Bartenders are super , helpful and they work a lot.
The reception should know more.
