Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με θέα μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
Πολύ μικρή Ντουζιέρα με αποτέλεσμα το μπάνιο να γεμίζει εύκολα νερά. Η λύση του προβλήματος είναι εύκολη γιατί ο χώρος του μπάνιου είναι αρκετά μεγάλος και έχει την δυνατότητα μεγαλύτερης ντουζιέρας. Μπορεί μάλιστα η ντουζιέρα να αντικατασταθεί με χτίσιμο ενός τούβλου, σε μεγαλύτερες διαστάσεις περιμετρικά, που θα επενδυθεί με πλακάκι με συνέπεια να μην πλημυρίζουν τα νερά στο χώρο.
