Property was beautiful to walk around. Clean facilities. Delightful staff. Conveniently located close to a 7eleven. I felt very safe walking there at night.we really enjoyed the authentic Thai night buffet.

The pool hours were not long enough for the kids. After a day long tour it would have been nice for the family to have a refreshing dip in the pool.

We love almost everything about this hotel. The staff are all so lovely and cheerful from reception to housekeeping. The swimming pools are great with a variety of options and plenty of chairs and seats around them. There are also many options for young children. The restaurant prices are great and everything already includes service charges and tax. Buffer breakfast also amazing. The rooms are comfy and clean with a great shower.

The air conditioner needs a major upgrade. It’s old, very loud and noisy, making it difficult to sleep when it turns on. Our two rooms are often not cool at all, especially on hot days. It feels like just wind blowing out with no cool air even we turn on the lowest temperature. The reception should provide more fans, it’s crazy hot area. You have to stay the side room to get some air conditioner. The bridge between the swimming pool should have more warning signs about the slippery surface. It’s quite slippery and hard to walk on.

1. Pool access rooms balcony was never cleaned during housekeeping. Coming back everyday to dirty balcony with insect poop/ dried leaves. 2. Check in time was stated as 3pm but room service hasn’t cleaned our room making us wait > 2 hours to enter our room (hotel compensated with 1 hour complimentary late check out )but the experience isn’t pleasant considering we notify our arrival time prior reaching and our return flight was in the morning making it not worth to have a late check out as well.
