Clean with a very comfortable bed. Yusuf,the receptionist, was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendation. He also helped me carry my bag up the stairs to my room, which was greatly appreciated.
I couldn’t participate with breakfast because it wasn’t available until 9am and my tour required me to leave by 6:30am.

The location and how helpful was the stuff. Joseph was lovely and Ayman (I hope I wrote it correctly!) was very kind too. Joseph particularly gave us very good suggestions and a lot of info. Nice the room, spacious and the beds were ok.
In general we are very satisfied with everything. Maybe the breakfast could have had more options, but it was nice. We had an issue with the toilet during the first day and it was solved promptly.

The staff (Yusuf and Amen) were fantastic and very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, just 6 minutes away on foot from the blue mosque and 10 minutes from the Havaist airport shuttle bus stop
The window was disassembled and I couldn't reattach it. There's a mosque right across the building, which you know they make a lot of noise in the evening and in the early morning disrupting sleep but that's their culture and something that has nothing to do with Tulip House. The hotel has refurbish potential

Location was good
Rooms way too small, bathroom was not clean and also no safe in any room which meant had to take valuables with us.
