There are all new, stainless steel appliances that include a full-size refrigerator, an electric stove/oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. If you need a break from cooking, then there is no need to drive. Just take a short stroll to Bar Traza or Bob's Steak House on the resort.
A family of 3 will fit perfectly in this beautiful condo. Sliding doors have been added to separate the living area from the bedroom for added privacy and the living room guests have their own half bath.
While on the property don't forget to play 18 holes of golf, grab a lesson at the tennis court or receive a spa treatment from the world famous spa. Let the kids take on the game room while you explore the variety of shops! The condo met all of our needs. The location couldn’t be better. It is very close to the beach, freeway, restaurants, shopping and you can be anywhere in minutes. The resort is beautiful and so is the surrounding area. We enjoyed walks at night around the grounds and eating at Bar Traza on the property. It has a wonderful ambiance with good food and drink. Great service too! The condo has everything you might need and there is a grocery store very close by. The bed and pullout sofa are comfortable! The balcony is lovely and a great place to relax. Highly recommend! It was a very nice stay overall.

Extremely clean condo with a lovely balcony that despite being on the first floor was over the garage and therefore had elevation and a nice view of grass, pool area and a bit farther were the tennis courts that were no problem for us at all in terms of sound. I would love to shake hands with the interior designer who created a beautiful ambience with impeccable taste where no expense was spared. Quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend. Although I rated the property manager above as 5 Star, I had zero contact with anyone, but I could not submit this review without rating the property manager. There should have been a category of "did not have contact". All directions were just sent to me via email. Manager never contacted me otherwise, but there were no problems.

We stayed in another VRBO in the Balboa building next door which was very nice.
We had to extend our stay and the previous condo was booked.
This condo was comfortable, but definitely needs some attention. The kitchen sink faucet is very loose. One can do without the bidet toilet seats…not sure how sanitary they are. The kitchen table was very wobbly, had to place a dish cloth under the leg to stabilize it. Nice view from the living room not able to enjoy since one side of the patio door glass has cloudiness due to poor seals. There are plenty of condos for vacation rentals in La Costa, we would not select this one again.
