About this apartment rental
Makai 405 is a bayfront unit. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. A drip coffee maker is provided. Bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. Linens are provided. Guest must bring all soaps and paper products. Linens are provided. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This property rents any 3 nights all season! This owner offers a $50 military discount.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo space was the biggest on the 4th floor. The property was clean and easy to access. The only complaint we had was the mattresses. The king size mattress felt broken and very old/saggy. We never expect a mattress to be great, but of all the years vacationing, this was the only bed we could not get sleep with.
Otherwise the property was great.
