pool: the water was murky, not clean enough
Room: most equipment in the room were not functioning. the telephone, the fridge, the toilet seat ant the tap had to be changed. Such equipment's must be be checked prior to receiving guests / customers
As I mentioned above the facilities/ equipment's used in the room should be checked before the arrival of the guests.
None of the staff knew how the TV worked in the room. It would be useful to train the staff how to use the TV so that the staff can help /show the guests how to use the TV.
