Sea view option has a breathtaking view in the morning and sundown 🥹

the location is reachable but most of the times we had to walk around 20 minutes to get a bus from Magaluf. Also facilities should be open longer than 6. We couldn’t use the gym once and was asked to get out of the pool fast.

The structure was okay, the view on the sea was really breathtaking, the pool and the bar near it were really nice.

Our apartment had not been cleaned, the balcony (which was terrific) was covered in red sand and and the table was SO dirty it was orange when we got there and after WE cleaned it turned out to be white. We didn't have a broom so it was impossible for us to clean the floor. The air conditioning wasn't working. Speaking of cleaning ladies, I left my phone charger in my apartment and when I came home I found out it was broken. Someone ripped it off the socket with some sort of anger or rage? and left me in a foreign country with no phone charger. Did not bother to tell us and pretended nothing happened. When I talked to the staff about this they did not offer any solution, not even apologized. I am still so pissed, I wasn't expecting them to buy me another one, but at least a little bit of support SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT.
