I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. For my birthday, they gave me a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and a card.
Firstly, upon arrival, we realized that the spa, pool, and sauna were not included in the price. And the outside pool was unsheltered due to the wind. We really wanted to spend some comfortable time at the hotel, but the pool and sauna were booked, and we couldn't even sunbathe in the garden. Another disappointment was when I came with a bottle of water, but they refused to let me in! Even though the machine was working and there were people in the dining room. Also, we were checking out at 6 a.m. and missing our paid breakfast. I asked if I could at least make coffee, to which I was again given a firm "no." The manager didn't even try to help us with this, knowing that the drive to the airport was over an hour.

The shower and bathroom were fantastic. Balcony was large and very nice. Great room, I could stay there for days!
The only negative is the hallway noise. But that says more about your neighbors than the place. ;-)

Choice at breakfast was good
The staff at the pool bar were not very friendly and quite rude. The service was very slow. Not once did they smile or seem happy to help. Very disappointing and spoilt our experience here. Also the spa was not in use - we were not notified this prior to arrival and this was upsetting as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
