It was what we expected, small room to sleep, but location is excellent, and the staff are really helpful and kind.
I felt the humidity in the room, but it wasn’t that bad

Good location - easy to walk into town and near supermarket and bus station. Quiet side street. Clean and large room and large bathroom. Fridge in room. Had booked a single room but had a double bed which appreciated.
Was at top of building in the eaves so just a tiny roof window so no outside view.

cleanliness, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, friendly staff.
apart from the comments above, no kettle, two flights of stairs difficult for the elderly as we are, TV not good for the English.
